Please READ CAREFULLY:

· MAJOR MARKET BLADES may be returned in unused, undamaged condition.  Boxed in the same manner as sent within 15 days of purchase.  We will, at this time, examine the piece prior to issuing an exchange or refund.  (PLS. NOTE:  All pieces are examined prior to shipping, photographed and dated.  All pieces need to pass an in house inspection before shipping. The set quality reflects the price of the item.  This should be taken into consideration.  (E.g.  A $200 Masahiro should not be expected to reflect the same quality standard as a $1300 Hanwei)  Such quality is in reason.

· CUSTOM AND SEMI CUSTOM ARMS non refundable upon receipt of down payment.  I will always contact you prior to finishing the piece for remaining balance prior to shipping item.  There are no returns for such custom work.  You commissioned it....it's yours.  Made, mounted, to the agreed specifications. (Waitlist always applies, but wait time will vary according to workload)  Any work unpaid for 90 days after final payment has been requested will become property of J Squared Arms and will be sold to compensate for the loss.

· UNIFORMS & TRAINING SUPPLIES:  Please know your size. To help avoid unnecessary shipping and re-shipping, please refer to sizing chart on main menu. May be returned in unused and undamaged condition.  Boxed in the same manner as sent within 15 days of purchase. 

We will, at this time, examine the piece prior to issuing an exchange or refund. We will not accept any laundered uniforms .

Please know that each piece is thoroughly inspected to be consistent within the known quality standards of the said company, as well as the specific product line for each company.  Each piece is guaranteed to function in the manner it was intended/advertised to be used by its design and workmanship.  All broken/damaged items returned will be inspected prior to issuance of full/partial refund or exchange.  If we find evidence of abuse in which the product was not made to indure and/or grinding or polishing to cover up such evidence, we can and will deny a refund/exchange.  The item will then be shipped back to you at your cost.  Keep in mind I am a blade designer, maker, mounter, repairman and past practitioner, there isn't much I haven't seen.  If the intent of the purchase is to use a blade for cutting targets, we recommend you seek the direction of an "experienced" instructor. In other words, use at your own risk.  Must be eighteen or older to purchase live steel blades.  Will not ship to states that restict the sale of any item in our catalog.  Please research the laws of the State in which you reside.
